Cyrtocara Moori (blue Dolphins) Colony!

hello all,

i have a colony of 6 Cyrtocara moori,4 of them are females at 12cm and 1 female at 17cm, and 1 male at 20cm, the male keeps chasing the bigger female away and is not taking any notice of the other 4 females...will the 20cm male breed with the smaller females? should i remove the 17cm female? (to give her a rest) any why is she being picked on?

btw: i only intodruced the 4 12cm fish today!

here is some very useful info: Cyrtocara moorii (Blue Dolphin)

the male has a larger lump on his head, here are some photo`s of mine

here is a female at 12cm

here is a female twice as big, she is around 23cm!

& here is a male, you should notice he has a larger lump on his head!

i have heard that they start to breed at a mature age! at around 12cm they will start to breed!
