Hi Guys,

I have read the thread about cycling, and have been fishless cycling a little 20L for a Betta (about 3 weeks now). We have been adding ammonia to keep levels upto 5ppm, and have reached the point where Ammonia has reached 0, but Nitrites are off the scale, and nitrate is about 100. Sorry, I don't have daily readings (I know, sorry again)!!

What I would like to know is should I add more ammonia? the guy at the LFS said not to?

Our Betta is waiting for us, but I want to make sure everything is perfect before we bring him home.
