Cycling Tank

Hi, i just moved my bro's last 2 fish into a new uncycled tank because of problems with his other tank (dont ask)...i was wondering if i could put the 2 fish into my tank instead of leaving them in his uncycled tank but i'm currently treating my tank for Ich...what do you think i should do?

i think they could become stressed either way, i would say less so in the tank with meds in. you could keep them in the uncycled tank but would have to watch ammonia levels and do very frequent water changes

Hi carrera, how frequent should i change the water and how much?

depends on the size of the tank and fish, if the tank is way to big for just those 2 fish, you can relax a little.

i believe people who keep bettas in filterless uncycled bowls change 50%-100% water every 1-2 days.
