hello, since im upgrading my 10g to a 15g, i wuz wondering if putting all the equipment, gravel, etc in the 15g will instantly cycle the 15g? there are 3 guppies, 3 bronze cories an 2 kuli loaches in the 10g rite now

well it pretty much will do. the key is that you use 50% of the tank water so your bacteri can keep feeding. dont leave the filter out of the water for more than about 20 mins though. basically just swap it all over in this order

50% water, heater, (get the water up to temp), gravel, fish, filter. 50% new water. job done.

I've done that plenty of times, used 100% new water. The short amount of time the bacteria isn't fed doesn't hurt it, as long as you keep the media wet.
