Now that my ammonia is 0 and nitrite is 0 (I was using the test strips to test my water but I brought my water down to the LFS where they tested it with the drops and they said I have 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and 40 nitrates) So what do I do now? A large water change? Like how large? Would 50% be good or bigger? I have a 120 gallon so a 50% water change is fairly large to me.

I will be adding the fish from my 29 gallon into the 120 gallon after I do the water change and get the temp right.

What do you think?

Congrat,s yes you do a 40% water change to fetch nitrates down, good luck.

Sorry try a less of a water change then an hour later test don't want to put you back into a cycle if you change to much water with nitrates only being 40.
