Ok I got the ammo to 5 ppm but my only down flaw is that my filter has to pads a bio fiber filter and then a regular blue filter with carbon in the back of the actual filter pad so I need some advice fast... here is some pics to help

I hate to tell you, but I don't think that filter is going to be up to filtering the tank in picture #4....

Seriously though, if it's just carbon in that bad then it's not a big issue, I think the one you want to avoid like the plague is zeolite (or something like that), that actually absorbs ammonia from the water.
Carbon will absorb chemicals and medication, and will be all 'used up' in about 1 week, so there is no real worry with it.
Is that all that is in the filter though, or do you have some kind of bio-media in there too? I'd be tempted to buy some plain filter foam from the LFS to replace that blue sponge with though, if it's the ONLY media in there then sooner rather than later, if there is other media in there then no rush :)

yeah it came with some thing called a bio filter on the box it says its to take ammo out do you want a pic of it

It would be good to see it as I am not familiar with that make of filter.

You might also want to remove your signature pic as it is quite large and the same as your avatar and people will likely complain. Better to have some tank stats, or useful links in there :)

Ok in the pic you will see a blue filter pad and then the black fiber looking one so I need some advice soon being that I just started the cycle. I have no idea what this is for I put a pic of the box it came in on to so tell me what you think..

It looks like your gray pad is a thin layer of porous material. That kind of material will work as a biofilter once you get the bacteria established in it. The blue throw away cartridges are also going to act as a biofilter in that HOB and should not be thrown away. Instead rinse them out in old tank water and re-use them.
