anything where you have to add chemicals is a bad thing really.
ive never read anyone saying any of these things work well so id stick to fishless cycling.

Yeah i ahve and it sure dont work. They only way it will if it was refigerated from the moment it left the factory. Just use a fishless cycling method like sam said.

Bio-Spira is a bit different, the bacteria are alive, fed and refrigderated. I think the UK equivalent is Baccinets or something like that, but whether that undergoes the same treatment I don't know.

Fishless cycling takes about that, or less.

so if they are saying it takes the same amount of time as a fishless cycle then what would the point of that be...LOL (other then to rid you of some cash)
