i been cycling my tank since july 16th...had a few ph crashes down the line, which probably caused my cycle to stall..here are my new readings

FISHLESS

ph......6.4(gonna add soda to bring it up)
ammonia...0.25ppm
nitrite....0ppm
nitrate....80ppm

should i wait till ammonia grop to 0ppm to redose back to 2.0ppm..or do it now.
Is the readings normal

Assuming you've had your nitrite spike, yes, you should be nearly finished cycling if your bacteria can process 2ppm Ammonia thru to Nitrate in 24 hours or less... congratulations. :)

I'd personally wait until you've got 0ppm Ammonia before redosing (it's numerically cleaner!), but it can't hurt to do it now. Just remember to make sure your cycle is stable for a few days before adding fish. :good:

Probably now would be a good time, I'm sure your aware the cycle proceeds quicker with a higher pH.
