Cycle Advice Needed From A Scientific Pov

as suggested..i need scientific help on why my tanks are not cycling..one is over 100 days now....
please can you view my cycle logs and help?

Had a quick read. Will go away and ponder. Nothing immediately springs to mind though, which probably isn't surprising, as if it did you'd have done it by now.

How far south into Devon are you by the way, I'm occasionally in South Somerset (although I have no idea when I next am) and could try another media donation for you?

wow that is along time, sorry i have no advice as a newbie to fishkeeping myself, im also in devon, where are you? there is a tropical fish shop in newton abbot that is very helpful, they might be able to help you with some mature filter media if you think that might help

hiya both..thanks for the replies.
Another media donation would be apreciated...
i'm in North Devon. I've asked around here and no LFS will sell/give media out.
currently T2 is
Amm = 0
Ni = 2.0
Na = off scale
Ph = 8.1
Temp= 30 deg
I'm adding half doses due to some folks advise on here..so instead of 3.6ml (70L) i'm adding 1.6ml and its still not clearing.

T4 is virtually clearing a full dose of 3ml Amm (60L) and the Ni is 0.10 ish (darker shade of blue)

I put more media in T2 than T4..... dont understand it
