curved spine fry

I noticed that one of my femal 2 mo old has a curved spine. Up and down, not side to side, but she looks healthy and is gravid! What do I do. I think my "runt"was actually from another guppy. I had 1 sick female that I cut open to let the fry out cuz mom was sick and almost dead. I think the "runt" was a survivor so I'll keep him to see what happens, but the mom may go to my neighbors pond where there are bigger fish that will eat her! What do yall think?

Guess its up to you. I too have a couple curved spined fry but they swim and eat just as well as the normal fry and grow at the same rate. I would only worry about breeding them(could cause side effects).

The curved spine is probably a genetic defect that will appear often if you let the fish reproduce. She will make a fine pet, but if you plan to breed her and keep the fry, you will have this problem reappear again and again.

I'd keep her as a special pet like my crooked loach.
