I just planted my tank yesterday and I've been trying to adjust the filter output to reduce current. I have an Eheim 2026 with a spray bar. No matter how I adjust the spray bar I can't seem to stop the waving of my hygro polysperma on the opposite side of the tank. Is it alright if there is a little current in the tank? Or not? Any ideas? I already reduced the output of the filter.

A bit of current isn't going to do any harm, unless there is too much movement on the surface of the water, which will disperse the Co2.

Is the Co2 stat in your signature correct ( 6ppm )? Hopefully when your DIY Co2 kicks in you'll be able to raise it up to around 20-30ppm for maximum plant growth.

Good luck!

Yah I know my CO2 levels are pretty low. I'm letting my plants settle in before I activate my CO2. Hopefully it will give me around 15-20 PPM
