I went to Cumbria about 6 weeks ago with my parents. It was a very nice place. We didnt go expecting much sun but we were in a middle of a hot spell with the weather so we were very lucky, it only rained once in the seven days we were there!
We basically walked everyday for about 5hours which was quite tough in 26degrees.
Anyway enough with the writing and the begining of the pics!

A tarn. We sat on the edge of the tarn for lunch and all these hundreds of small fish came right up to us tryingto get any scrap food that fell in. the swam right to the edge of the tarn which must of only been 2-3cm deep!

The same tarn from up the second highest point of the highest mountain in England. We didnt go up to the highest bit because we didnt have the time to go up 20m more which would of taken about an hour!
