Hi all, bought this plant from LPS today. and i am trying to look it up on net but having no luck.

anyone heard of it, and has it got another name?

You could try http/www.tropica.com/default.asp see if you can identifiy from there. other than that im not to great on plant names

on a side note, which shops do you use in Edinburgh, The Aquatic Rooms have a nice selelction of plants usually and are fairly helpfull.

i use a shop in haddington at the moment. the guy that owns the aquatic rooms is opening a new shop 2 mins along the road from me in 3 weeks. its gonna be the biggest in scotland

Could it be Cryptocoryne beckettii ''petchii''?

hmmmmm dont think it is. will speak to LPS where i got it from to double chk tag was in correct plant

Biggest in Scotland, thatll take some doing, as currently Ultimate Aquatics in Fife is easily larger than anywhere else ive been.....Having said that the Red Arrowana's in the Aquatic Rooms may point to him stocking some really nice oddballs

This may involve me making more trips to the capital

Not been there but Ultimate Aquatics is awesome in Coupar

I wasn't that impressed with Ultimate Aquatics, but i've heard lots of good things.

Try House of Pisces, it's huge!
