Crs Tank Air Line Popped Off

Iv not long got in from work and the 1st thing I do is see to my tanks.
The air pump outlet to my sponge filter had popped off it could of been off for up to 16hours.
My Shrimp look fine with no loss of colour and are being very lively as normal.

Iv done tests

Nitrite No2 0.0ppm
Nitrate No3 0 ppm
Ammonia NH3/NH4 0.25
PH 6.0-6.5

Iv done a 30% water change.

How much bacteria do you think I may of lost?

The tanks 54 litres lightly planted and homes about 20 shrimp CRS's and Cherry's.

not too much i should imagine, keep checking the water stats (i see theres a little sign of ammonia there?) try and get that back down to 0

I am trying am off out to but some zip ties soon am not having this happen again.

What test kit are you using?
Water change.
Do you have live plants.
What your tap nitrate reading.
