its been a while since Jazz died, so i think id like to get another crowntail, but now the trouble is finding them!

does anyone know where I could find one? [im in the northwest] any shops? or even online?

The betta lady had some fantastic CT's available on her sitenottoolong ago, probs all sold by now though =/ I'm not sure, I reckon your best bet is to go onlineand look around breeders sites, generally better than bettas from LFS's....

Neither did I until yesterday.
Basically you bid/buy it now for the fish and pay for the fish and shipping from seller to transhipper (in our case it's Joachim Mendes in Germany).
Once you complete the agreement to purchase Aqaubid send you and email with the sellers details on.
You email the seller to arrange payment and tell them which transhipper you want to use. Shipping from seller to transhipper is usually around $5-10.
Then you contact the transhipper (or cc him in on the email to the seller) and arrange for him to ship the fish to you, costs here can vary. When I hear back from Joachim I'll let you know what the shipping is - although mine might be a bit more because I've got 3 fish coming.

Just make sure the seller takes paypal (don't pay by western union or such).

Ouch makes for expensive fish!
Transhipper fees are very reasonable - 7Eur per betta plus 7.50Eur for repacking/box and heatpack.
The TNT fees from Germany to here are extortionate!
