Crowntail possible fin rot?

I just noticed on part of my crowntails fins it's kinda folder over onto eachother. A couple of the longer sticking out fins look like they are broken and going to fall off There is also what looks to be little balls at the ends of each crown

Do you think its the beginings of fin rot? Should I treat straight away?

I just did a water change and added some salt (first had to move my adf out )

I tell ya if I loose this guy thats it for me and male bettas...I seem to do so much better with females. I feel like a horrible betta keeper

I've noticed that at some LFS, where there are balls at the tips of fins.
I don't know what that means.
If I was concerned about fin rot, but wasn't 100% sure that it was, I would add aquarium salt, change 20% of the water each day and raise the temp a lil bit. You're on the right track!
