so my guppy is a month old at about 2 weeks it started 2 get black dots on its head . Theyre about 8 fry from my red male guppy and fancy tail female. Does this mean they will be males or early coloring also how old does it need to be wen they get all their colors

The dots on the head are just coloring. Guppies don't start to show gender until about 6 weeks and females typically don't become sexually mature until around 2.5-3 months. You'll notice a gonopodium (Boy part, his anal fin will turn into a stick basically) on the males at about 5-6 weeks or so, depending on the temp. Females may get a gravid spot (A dark area just in front of their anal fin, though it isn't uncommon that they don't develop one)
All your fry should have fan like anal fins at this point, so they all look female, but some should change and become obviously male in the next two weeks.

When coloring shows up depends on the color, darker colors like black show up more quickly, and yellow shows up very slowly, I have a female who is yellow and black and I'm convinced her colors aren't all there and she's 6 months old.

Hope that helps :D
