Creatures in the dark

For the past couple of nights I've been switching off the tank light and room light and getting the torch out to see what i can see in the tank. I discovered a little white worm on the glass about 1cm long. Around my bogwood I have these little white specs swimming in and out of cracks in the bogwood. I also notice the Danio fry come out at night too.
Yuk, there is also white fungus growing on a hidden bit of bog wood. Are these normal creatures occupying my tank?

those are called.... ermm... dang, i dont remember, they are due to over feeding and wut not i beleive, not very harmfull i dont think, just gross

I think they're called planarian worms, and, like fufanu360 said, they're due to overfeeding and harmless.

But there isnt any food left over, rotting on the gravel they eat it all! Is it their poo thats causing this?
