Creamsicle Lyretail Molly Has Lumps

My creamsicle lyretail molly has these light brown bumps on it's skin. There's 2 or 3 and there's one on the bottom and there's one along one of the gills. Then on the other side there's one by the gill too. They're pretty big, but the fish doesn't seem to be showing an discomfort. In the tank there are 7 other fish: 1 platy, 1 swordtail, 2 other mollies, 1 corydora, 1 zebra danio and 1 clown loach. Just yesterday I had one dalmatian molly die. The bumps appeared before that though. I tested the water just last night and everything was normal. I do weekly 25% water changes and put in water conditioner, bacteria supplement, and aquarium salt.

Does anyone know what this is or how I can fix it?
