Okay this guy is just whacked out of his skull 
. He spins on his head at high speed around & around & around, untill he hits something in the tank. The he returns to normal swimming. It looks like a Bird flapping around. While it has high comedic value, I'm getting a little worried about him. He is totally fine & seems 100% normal the rest of the time. I think it might be a genetic defect or something. Any Ideas? or do you think it's hurting the other fish in the tank?
