I really dont know which size tank to go for!

I like the idea of the clean look of paulio style aquascape, but is that a little boring!

the 24x8x8 is to shallow and not wide enough IMO 18 x 10 x12 would look nicer Again IMO

.....debating whether to take this 24 x 8 x 8 and swap it for a 18 x 10 x12 something a little more square.

I'd go for the 18" (45cm). Check out Justin Law's for an idea of what is possible!!

18x12x12 is the tank size im getting and it looks a great size. nice height and length
