Cray fish turning blue?

Ok, here is the deal. I have two pond crayfish, and they got in a fight over food.One pf them lost his claw.He then molted and he rew his claw back and it was blue. I was like that is so cool!!!! However, a couple weeks later he molted agian, but this time his whole entire body is blue. The really cool thing is I got them from a pond about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Is there any reason for him turning blue? I thought only florid crayfish were blue. How long will he stay like this? Not that i'm complaining, he is really cool.

Florida crays are only one of several species that are blue though some are unnaturally blow and are mutations. http/bluecrayfish.com is a good resource on them.
