Will fidler crabs eat guppies or leave them alone? I plan on using a ten-fifteen gallon tank and make it two thirds water nd one third dry land. The substrate will be sand and i plan on using instant ocean since crabs are brackish water. Is this an ok setup? Will the guppies be ok in brackish water? If not wat other types of fish will be suitable for this habitat?

Thanks for the advice,
Bob

Fiddler crabs will eat anything they can catch.
A guppy would have to be pretty slow to be caught by a crab but they're got to sleep sometime!
I'd say a bad choice for a guppy tank.

would the tank have to be a crab only tank? what other fish can go with fiddler crabs?

most crabs kept in tanks are scavengers anyway, and also quite shy. I highly doubt they would target fishes unless the fish is incapable of swimming.
