Cowfish, I Love Them!

Hello,

I used to keep marine fish around a year ago, two maroon clowns, bi colour angel and humbug. When I moved I decided to rehome them instead of the stress etc etc of moving them and sorting out the tank. They went to the LFS and my friend who works there, give me some tropical fish for free, when I set the new tank up.
Anyhow, when I was dropping my guys off, I saw a Cowfish and I feel in love, they are so nosey and unsual looking.
Does anyone have any photos and stories of them?
If I could I would change my tank and just have a Cow' in there but I think they will grow too big for my Juwel 180 Vision.

Sorry for the rubbish quality pictures but my camera is rubbish. She is the sweetest, cutest most inquisitive little baby in the world. When she's looking at things in the tank you can see her eyes moving, she follows me around the tank and eats from my hand

They should coexist peacefully. Their large size, unusual shape, and toxins make all Tetraodonts a pretty unappealing target for a predator.

Ahh, that sucks. I wouldn't rehome her just yet; think about which animal you'd rather have. I personally would rather have the Cowfish.

Aww naughty Daisy.
I saw a tiny little Cow in my LFS, it was 1/2 an inch big, didnt have horns though.
How big will Daisy get?

she'll get up to 18" but probably less. Juveniles have longer horns and they get smaller as they grow.
