Couriers

[Declan]

Hi all,

I am looking to post a 4ft tank to someone, and I was wondering can anyone recommend a courier?

Thanks, D.

You will need a pallett courier company and they are not cheap.

Cost of the courier will probs be more than the price of the tank

If you look on ebay (wrightbuyers) they get their tanks shipped for 39.99 on mainland and 64.99 to ireland. Ask the seller who they use im sure they would oblige

have a look in your local paper. Sometimes there is a "white van man" offering his van and service to anyone wishing to move stuff i.e. take rubbish to the tip, or take stuff from house to house.

You would need to either go with the van man yourself to help carry the item to and from the van to the kerb....

..otherwise how about renting a van for a day. Probably cheaper.
