I have a 55 gallon tank now and i was wondering if rainbow sharks will bother crabs or toads .

also i was at my fav fish store earlier today and i saw these white frogs or toads and they had no label. i think they were african clawed frogs but im not sure and if they are will a rainbow shark bother them
thanks

African clawed frogs and african dwarf frogs are two completely different species. Toads can't be kept in aquariums as they're primarily land animals. African clawed frogs get much larger and are fairly agressive towards smaller fish, you might get away with a rainbow shark with these. African dwarf frogs on the other hand stay very small and you might have trouble keeping them with agressive fish, make sure you know for sure which kind you're getting as juvenile clawed frogs look very similar to the dwarf frogs. Crabs might be ok, but it's usually very risky keeping crabs or crayfish with fish.

One thing to note if you're planning on keeping a rainbow shark in your tank: they get large and very territorial so you'll only be able to keep one with larger agressive tankmates.
