This is my 55 gallon tank, ive actually moved most of the fish from it.. so its kind of empty now.. I just like the pic..

This is my 30G Gourami tank, substrate is playsand..

I think everything looks good the only thing that I would change is in the 30G Gourami tank take at that fake looking whit decoration. Other than that everything looks good!

Yes that is playsand in the gourami tank..
Yes the Oscar is healthy..
I love my waterdragons, I have beardies and snakes too but didnt want to flood the post with reptile pictures..
The columbian sharks are brackish (and are in a brackish tank, have no pics of that yet)
And as for the decoration, yes its ugly, not my idea to put it in there, want to take it out, but the blue gourami seems to love it, so I dont know.

in the gourami tank it looks like you have pea gravel. Or is this just over the top of the sand? playsand is just looks like sand from a beach etc, whereas pea gravel is rounded small pebbles.

Seriously, the bag says playsand..washed and sifted.. I had to sift it to take most of the dusty type sand out, maybe thats just how it went in because there is alot of fine sand in there too.. I dunno.. I know there are a couple different types of playsand out there, in at least 2 different colors.. so maybe I just picked up a kind noone has seen before I dont know.. but really..I could probably take a pic of the bag if you'd like.
