I hav 2 gold sves in my 100uk gal with othr fish as well. What type of sevs do you have? the green type ones look GORGEOUS!!!!

I've got a green, a red, and a pair of golds. The red one is a psycho, I had to remove it today... they were all trying to spawn, and were being mean to all the other fish.

My 2 golds spawned last week, then yesterday I noticed all the severums had their breeding tubes out, and were chasing the only male. (3 females, 1 male).. they're quite mean to the parrots, so the tank should calm down once I get the pair out of there. All the sexual tension made them go crazy I think.

I've had the green one since it was about an inch long.. here's a pic the day I got it. Gotta love $3 severums from petsmart.

She's about 5-6'' now.. I've had her for about a year I think.. she was in an overstocked tank for most of the time I've had her, so she hasn't grown as fast as she could have... now she's got lots of room to grow, so I suspect she will grow a lot faster.
