Yes they go mad for daphnia

They also eat microworms, brine shrimp and a very fine flake food (liquifry 3). Isnt swim bladder a bad thing? just you say its good for young.

opps dam spelling lol (edited now)its bad for any fish what ever the age but in young fish it can cause mutations ,weaknesses etc

I've never heard of daphnia causing problems, only brine shrimp shells. I know a couple of breeders who use almost nothing BUT daphnia

Cute pics, but yeah, that does look like velvet on that bottom pic. Use some Quick Cure and that'll fix it in a jiffy!

Hi Synirr, Nice to hear someone else feeds daphnia have you got any recommendations for curing velvet?
