I attempted to attach some moss (which was poor quality anyway) to a bogwood using thread. I do however have some moss net coming from ebay.

I was thinking though, Could you use the netting that protects fruit and veg from birds on the wood to hold the moss to the wood, rock, ornament?

As long as it is not treated I could not see a problem the holes are large so a fish shouldnt get caught and if you pull it tight enough and then tie it all should be fine right?

or wrong?

you could superglue the moss instead, i don;t like using nets, thread personally

I had a right mare doing it on my wood with thread how in the name of #92### do you get it to stay on?

Here is a picture of my attempt.

Okay happy days. I think my fish disturbed it all as I came down to alot of floating moss. So Once my shrimp tank is set up in about 7 days I will start again. The moss is in tank water on the window sill trying to make it go green as you can see there is alot of brown on it.

Will that rejuvinate or is it worth getting a fresh batch of fully alive green moss? Think it looks bad from the pic? I did but I am not sure if I am being fussy with it being my first time with moss.

It will pick up again, it's pretty indestructible.
