Hey guys. I posted a bit earlier about my red devil cichlid fry. I have some more questions, though. Anyway, I have about 200 red devil fry that have been free swimming as about three days ago. I've been feeding them baby brine shrimp. It's actually really cool, you can see them eat even though they're so tiny. I've also read that they eat mucous off of the male? Anyway, how quickly will they grow? At about what age do I want to separate them from their parents? Once they get a bit bigger, should I move onto any other intermediate food before just giving cichlid flakes like I do for their parents? I want to successfully raise as many as possible and give them the best chance at survival, so any advice would be appreciated. I only got into raising fish a little less than a year ago and this is my first time having babies. Thanks!
