Hi Guys

I need some advice, im about to put in some Narrow Leaf Java fern and hopefully some amazon frogbit.

My question is, is my Java Fern getting too much light?

Also should I let my hygrophillia grow "messy" like it is? or should I trim it and re-plant?

If there is too much light on my Java Fern what should I do? Would something like amazon frogbit help "shade" it?

Also is this Green Spot Algae? if so what should i do? Dose phosphate?

Finally I am about to change my dosing regime as I am only using Seachem Excel and Seachem Flourish Comprehensive.

Cheers

Adam

update: ordered some amazon frogbit, I am also looking into creating a Christmas moss wall, do you think it would grow in my tank?

Cheers

hope you get some answers soon

maybe my lack of answers is due to my lack of information?

37 Gallons, 48 Watts T5 HO, Sechem Flourite Substrate

I dose Sechem Flourish and Excel everyday

9 Hours of Light per day, weekly water change of about 25%

Starting to think that Hairgrass wont grow well in a non c02 tank, so I am looking at alternates such as pygmy chain sword and dwarf sag. I need some opinions lol
