Hi all i have a spotted molly that is pregnant it has been about 3 weeks since i think she got pregnant (it might have been earlyer.) She is getting very agressive with the other fish and serching everywere for food like she hasn't been fed for a week! Do you think she will be having them any time soon?? Should i put her in the breeding trap yet??
Fishy regards, Steve. ;)

She might. Mollies can be pregnant for up to 2 months though, so it's really hard to tell.

Also, I wouldn't put her in the breeding net. Mollies are really too big for a breeding trap to be happy in it. You don't want her getting very stressed and having birthing problems, aborting fry, or even dying. If you can, have a seperate birthing tank, or just let her give birth in the main tank and take the fry out as you see them. I can pretty much guarantee, some will survive. :)
