Could I Leave My White Clouds Outside? In A 20g Long?

I have a 20g siting in my basement and ive heard alot White clouds minnows and i have 10 in my tank so could i get my 20g and put them in there without any filtration just water changes and ill feed them flakes does anybody have whitre clouds outside?? oh yea The Temprature here in new zealand in the north lsland never goes below 16degrees i think

They should be okay, but make sure they're safe from birds, cats etc. And maybe put some live plants in there to help with nitrates.

What plants do u think? Java moss? or maybe java ferns? there in a 20g with lots of big rocks at the bottm to cover the reflection
