I would like some bamboo shrimp, but i am unsure of there requirements and how many should be kept and with what fish.
Do some fish eat them?
my fish are listed in my signature below, anybody got any ideas? -_-

Bamboo shrimps are very peaceful creatures - and will not enjoy living in a "fast moving / busy" tank.
In your first tank, I'll have my doubts about compatibly with your Parrot Fish and Rainbow Shark - not a good tank.
Second tank also has a load of potential nippers - all of them apart from the neons, plec and corys might pose problems.
Third tank - Oscar mix is a no-no
Fourth tank - how large is it ?

Keep in mind they also appreciate lots of real plants :)

my third tank with two gouramis is quite small,im using it as a tempory tanks for the gouramis, not sure on the size but id say its about the size of a starter kit.perhapes just over 1 foot maybe bit more.

A 1ft tank is too small for a bamboo shrimp to share

i have a bamboo shrimp in one of my 29 gal tanks. very peacefull and doesnt bother anyone and no one bothers him. in my tank i have 1 rainbow shark, 11 tiger barbs, 1 blue 3-spot gourami, and 1 powder blue dwarf gourami. 1 thing i found odd is that when i tried to have ghost shrimp all my fish went crazy and ate all of them in a few days but dont bother the bamboo shrimp......probly cuzz its a lot bigger.

note: even though the tank sounds over stocked my 10 gal with 2 trios of guppies and a few fry produce alot more waste in 1.5 weeks than this tank does.

I have 2 in my 29 gallon, no problems. However, I don't have any of the potential problem fish that bloozoo2 expressed concern about.
