Could I Add Harlequins To My Community Tank?

I'm thinking of adding something else to my community tank, perferably something mid/top level .  I keep very good water quality (0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 10-20ppm nitrate) with 20% water changes twice weekly, liquid API tests twice weekly.  Would a small group (maybe 4) of Harlequins be appropriate or overstocked?  pH 7.6, temp 25C.

Harlys need to be kept in at least 6 or more...
 
And your tank is pretty well stocked as it is.  I love my harlys though...  great fish.  A great choice, really.  You'll need another tank for them though.    If you like them, look into Trigonostigma espei or T. hengeli.  Also very lovely little fish... a bit smaller than heteromorpha (harlequins).
