Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
There seems to be a bit of cotton-ish material on the side of one of the neons. A few months ago (november) I first noticed it, considerably smaller, and I watched it carefully to see if it would get worse. Well, now, 3 months later, it has, and it got a lot worse in about 2 days. The fish comes out at feeding time, but in general seems to be less active than the other neons. No red or inflamed gills. It apears to be spreding towards his head.

25% every Tuesday

Mkay, thanks. Wasn't sure if it was bacterial or fungal. Can I use melafix on my whole tank? I have kuhlie loaches...

Sorry to say, but my fish who have got this fungal cotton wool disease have not lived, even with treatment.

Its not a nice thing.

You will need to use myxazin and pimafix.
