Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Pretty much not doing anything, didn't put up a fight when being caught, pretty much just swam into the net. His 4 whiskers are no longer present and his mouth area is a redish color(internal bleeding/hemoraging?). His mouth looks like it's badly beaten. No signs of other injuries to body or discoloration. Although his buddy is perfectly fine.

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 35%, weekly

Tank inhabitants:2 kissing fish, 6 neons, 7 glowlights, 2 otocinclus, 2 corydoras(1 sick, 1 healthy)

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): entire tank was setup and all inhabitants were dumped in at the same time

Exposure to chemicals: ?


The tank isn't at my house o I don't have 24/7 observation, I don't know if it's self inflicted, from being attacked.
 
It's bacterial and if the whiskers are nearly gone not good as they need them to find food, can you issolate the sick fish and get it onto a bacterial med fast.
 
The gravel is a very fine, maybe averaging about 1mm in diameter per rock.
I think it might be too advanced for meds, it's really bad and our lfs is closed.
 
He sounds in a bad way he has septicemia and hard to cure once it has prgressed, you will need a med called tetracycline if it not to late, but issolate as the med wipes the bacterial colony out in the filter.
