Cory With Persistant Fungus Problem

On and off for the past few months my cory keeps getting a white patchy growth on his side fin which then spreads onto his body. I've tried pimafix and melafix which seem to mostly get rid of it but it soon re-appears.
Anyone got any suggestions what will get rid of this once and for all?

The melafix is no good for a bad case of columnaris.
Myxazin and pimafix, or anti internal bacteria med by interpet and pimafix.

Thanks Wilder, I have pimafix and myxazin in stock so I start a course anf hopefully that will do the trick.
