Cory Not Looking Good?

I have a 35G tank 1.5months old.3 weeks ago my swordtails got white spots on them and i treaded them with chemicals and now they look fine.
But my cory now has something on it's skin.Not a white spot but looks like a bacteria...

What should i do.
I don't want to put any more medicine in there.
I already used bactopur from sera and white spot medicine from JBL.

And also my pleco

Corys are not prone to whitespot, does it look like a golden yellow dusting as it could be velvet, also does it look fluffy.

Yes that's how it looks.
It's not white spots.

It's velvet then and you will need to get treating with a velvet med, velvet is also harder to cure than whitespot.
