IS it possible to set up a 190lt corner tank for any of the chichlids? From what I've been reading, probably not but thought I'd check with you guys first.
Thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions.

Corner tanks aren't generally a good idea with cichlids from Lake Malawi as floor space is very important for their territories. Do you happen to have dimensions on it? Or, you could always go with some of the fish from Lake Tanganikya, or some of the riverine species.

The two straight edges are 65cm each, the curve across the front is just under 120cm. 64cm from back corner to front center and 47cm deep from top of gravel to water line. Not sure if that's of any help. It holds 190ltrs of water and I'm runing an external Fluval 305 filter, but could add another if neccisary.
Any suggestions of suitable cichilids for a tank of these dimensions would be greatly appreciated, I can then go and do some more research.

with carefully placed rock work escalating UP a back corner you could go with a julidochromis of some sort and then some shell dwellers for the bottom with tons of shells

Thanks Waterbender, I'll look into the julidochromis & shell dwellers. I'll post again when I've come up with a possible selection.
