Cories/plecs And Caribsea Eco-complete Substrate

Pretty much as the title says, I have filled my tank with Caribsea Eco complete and , having read some posts on here, am a little concerned about adding Cories and Plecs to the tank. Will they be ok?

Hi, I have just used the Eco Complete. There is nothing sitting on top of it.

It should be fine, as long as its not sharp. Only problems is that its sandy isnt it ? So corries might make a mess.

Its actually a gravel, with the grain sizes going from 1-2mm to about 6mm. Please see the link:

I just put a ton of eco-complete into my new tank and it reminds me of course sand. I don't think its sharp and should be OK for cories, but you might want an expert to confirm that.
