hi all

do cories help keep bga forming on a sand substrate? as when you think about they would constantly be moving and churniong the sand around, so it would be hard for the blue green algae to settle on the sand, as it would be constantly getting moved around.

so would cories help keep bga off the sand and stop it compacting etc?

coz if it does i will be getting some of them, definatly

cheers for any help :good:

or for that matter any other type of bottom feeder?

well by turning the sand over the BGA probably wouldn't be able to grow. they maybe places where the cories don't go so that wouldn't get turned over? also they won't stop in growing on all the decor.

:good:
