Coral Platy

These little beauties were sold as Coral Platy's.I wasn't a huge Platy fan until I saw these,can anyone tell me if the name is right or wrong?

I think in the case of platys and swordtails, pet shops or breeders often have different names for them. One place may call them one name, and another place may have the same fish under a different name.

Yeah, often shops will give them whatever name they think will sell them. I had a "Calico Milk" Platy (which sadly I had to take back due to bullying ) but he was basically a black and white mickey.

She's very lovely though!

I have also head them be called coral platys and as you can see they're my profile pic.

Yours have very nice deep colors compared to mine.
