Coral Gravel To Raise Ph

My pH has dropped dramatically(unexplicably)again.I'm going to add coral gravel to the filter as a buffer.How much should i add to stabalise my 30 gallon tank to a pH of 7?

not sure about coral.

have you thought of using bicarbonate soda? this website is very useful:
