Coral Beauty

I finally have a camera so I took some pictures - My coral beauty, who I've had for a few months now, has something on both sides of his face, almost symmetrical. These don't look like normal markings, but almost an illness or injury. He eats like a pig and is not shy or does not hide. He doesn't scratch on rocks and doesn't have any weird swimming patterns except flying through my live rock... Can anyone let me know what this is, or if it's normal?

he looks like a nice fish to me, cant see close enough to identify anything wrong with him though.

i know the feeling, i have one too. he just zooms in and out of rocks all day
