What do you guys reckon is a good type of food for a Coral Beauty?

I know they need quite a bit of LR to graze on etc, but what else should we be looking at getting for feed. Tried feeding frozen Brime Shrimp but it just spits it out in disgust !

Spirulina brine, sheets of Nori, mysis, veggie flakes, maybe some pellets?

i had done some reading up and found that mysis was a good choice. Just popped out to buy some. I asked about Nori and the LFS just shrugged their shoulders...

Lame LFS... Nori will be well-known to your local asian/japanese food store as dried algae wafers . You know that algae that's in sushi? Yeah, fish love that too

The LFS would sell 'marine algea sheets' but nori is the same stuff for human consumption and if you get it at the supermarket its loads cheaper than the 'marine algea sheets from an LFS.

Not trying to be picky but have you got a coral beauty and all those other fish in your sig in 130l tank? Thats heavy stocking.

Your quite right about the heavy stocking. That list shown was the old one and its not the actual one as is now.

I read that Formula One was good. I tried it. Neither my Coral Beauty nor anybody else in my tank liked it.... Except the clean up crew!
