Is it common for Coral Beauty angels to get ich? Everthing I've read say they are disease resistant. I just bought another one after my last one died from ich a few weeks back. This new one looked fine for 2 days and now it appears he is getting the white spots. What should I do?

dont re add another one it sounds like your system is infected with ich so when you add a vulnerable new addition it cathces the disease from the water. Either run a UV steriliser on your sytem or leave for 6 weeks and the parasite should cycle out (aslong as you dont have any other fish for the parasite to feed on) if oyu coul;d post all of your tank stats that would also be a great help.

Wait longer before introducing a new fish into a known infected tank :( At least a month, prefferably 6 weeks in the future

Your options:
Quarantine and treat with copper
Feed often with garlic laced foods
Run a UV sterilizer
Freshwater dip (not often recomended)

Sadly, once a marine fish gets a tough strain of ich it may be too late. Good luck :good:

dont add copper based meds if you have any invertebrates as it kills them
i would just add a uv streliser (this takes it out of the water more of a prevntation that a cure though but good to buy one) and feed little and often garlic laced foods and also make sure the fish doesnt get stressed out

I removed the Coral Beauty to a QT with a little Rid Ich but he appeared more stressed out, now I don't know what to do. This is the second beauty that I've had problems with. I also have 2 false percula clownfish and they seem fine.

what ive heard that actually work is possibly remove the coral beauty into a QT tank large enough for 2 fish, there you can add a cleaner wrasse or a 6 liine wrasse with the infected fish, because those are known to pick off parasites and ich off other fish....thats only my opinion...
