What are they stocking these days?

They shop was from memory HUGE - 1/4 of a mile of fish tank space from what I remember. Blows every other shop I've been to out of the water for size

They had 3 large fish houses when I last went and a tank numbering system - you filled out a form a little like an argos form with the tank number to order fish and plants.

They are still there.

My wife used to live in Sutton and it used to be a regular weekly trip for them when she lived with her parents and they were very keen fish keepers.

Apparently it isn't as large as it used to be..........but it is still pretty big.....with 6 or 7 rows of tanks ....2 tanks high......

I have been a couple of times........the last time I was there I gave him 25 or 30 Dalmation Mollies for a discount on a heater for my fry tank.......

Worth a visit.........and we go every now and then........although I wouldn't necessarily say worth coming from Beds to see it......but if you are in the area....

Oh.........yes they still have the numbered tank system.........seems to work OK....

......oh.......and they have just celebrated 40 years in the business I believe......

Just bumping this up to let people in the area know (if they didn't already) that the Coral Bazaar is due to close on 11th May. We only found out when we saw an article in the local paper so we popped in this weekend - they are selling dry goods at 25% discount but there's not much left and they have no fish. The guys who own it are retiring and noone is taking it over. It's a real shame as it is the largest independant retailer in the area - our closest one now is part of a garden centre and doesn't seem as good.
