Okay, I like kinda different things and this caught my eye the other day... Since I have this growing collection of Betta displays, I figured this would make an interesting addition:

Has anyone used one of these for a Betta?
My concern would be where the fish would gulp air from, but it's still kind of a cool idea. Anyone have experience with this kind of set up?

It said 5 gallons (which is a lot more room than the 1gs my Bettas have, and don't make full use of), so I think that its Like an bioorb size...
And it says there is internal filtration, which is what made me interested... I like the flowing water idea, i just can't find much info on them in terms of user reviews to see how well it actually works.
I suppose I could always get one and test it out for myself, but it's nice to see what other owners say about it. ...sometimes good ideas work in theory, but aren't really practical when it comes to actually testing them out

im guessing there is an opening on the top thats photo shopped out maybe you can regulate the amount of water in it?

Oooh YouTube is the best! I like the one with 2 frogs!

I'd be concerned with water changes and if algae grows, ease of cleaning the tank. Internal filtration in tanks like these don't tend to be very good.

Okay YouTube video:

I like the twin spoutting dragons model!

It actually is designed more cleverly than I had expected (after seeing it in action) It doesn't look much more involved than my current tank maintenance.

With a bit of Java moss to help stabilize the water parameters, it could be pretty cool.
